Delivery information


How to Order

  • Please place your orders on our Online Store
  • Add items of the desired quantity to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • During checkout you will be asked for your shipping details and address (please be as accurate as possible)
  • If you will not be at home, please leave a delivery note about where we can leave your groceries
  • Once you have completed your shipping details, you will have a number of payment options to choose: OZOW, Instant EFT, SnapScan and PayFast

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to most areas of the greater Cape Town area. If your address falls outside of our current delivery areas, you will be notified during checkout.
  • While we don’t deliver to all areas yet, it is our mission to make our delivery service as accessible as possible to everyone.

Delivery Days

  • Deliveries currently take place on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Please note that orders for certain items (i.e. freshly baked bread) close 2 days before delivery to allow for enough lead time for our suppliers.
  • During checkout you will be required to select your desired delivery date. The system will inform you of the next available delivery dates.
  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a live tracking link, so you can see the ETA of your order.
